Tasha Vangile, FNP-C
FOUNDER, NURSE PRACTITIONER
Tasha Vangile, FNP-C, is a New England native from Massachusetts. She began her career as a registered nurse more than 20 years ago and has worked in oncology, pediatrics, home health, long-term care, health risk assessments, telehealth, and more throughout her healthcare career. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University, with FNP board certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Tasha’s passion for weight loss is also personal. After struggling with her own weight for years, she began her own weight-loss journey and ultimately lost 100 pounds. Having experienced firsthand the challenges that can come with losing weight, she understands how overwhelming and frustrating the process can feel. Her own success inspired her to help others find an approach that is realistic, personalized, and sustainable.
Today, Tasha uses both her medical experience and her personal weight-loss journey to help patients reach their goals, improve their health, and regain confidence in themselves. She believes weight loss is never one-size-fits-all and is passionate about meeting each patient where they are and finding a plan that works for their individual needs and lifestyle.
In her free time, Tasha enjoys painting, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
