CERTIFIED HOLISITC NUTRITION COACH
Corinne Vangile, CHWC
Corinne started to get serious about her health and wellness in 2021 when she felt at her lowest, mentally and physically. Right before the Covid pandemic, she acquired some very unhealthy habits that took a toll on her mind and body. One of the decisions that changed the course of her life was making health and well-being a priority. She made the decision to learn as she went and to take one day at a time. Instead of counting calories, macros, or weighing herself, she simply changed her lifestyle and learned to love the woman she saw in the mirror, no matter the stage of her journey. After experiencing her transformation, she decided to become certified in holistic nutrition and health and wellness coaching so that she could help others experience their journey to a happier and healthier life! Our bodies are strong, wonderful, and beautiful, and we have a beautiful world around us that we can utilize to support these truths about our bodies. You are not alone in this experience!
